Difference between American President and Indian President | Constitutional Law

1)	In America, the American President is the real executive head and he is directly responsible to the people of his country.	In India, Indian President is the nominal head / Constitutional head. the real Executive is the Council of Ministers
2)	In America, the members of the cabinet are appointed by the President and are responsible to him.	In India, President has no choice but to appoint the leader of the majority party in the Lok Sabha as the Prime Minister.
3)	Under the presidential system of America, the President is the chief head of the executive and administration is vested in him	Under the constitution of India, the president occupies the same position as the King under the English Constitution
4)	American President represents the Nation and rule the Nation.	Indian President represents the Nation but does not rule the Nation.
