                     If any one violates the law, he is said to commit a wrong. when a person has committed wrong he will be liable thus liability is the condition of the person who has committed a wrong. Liability arises from a wrong or the breach of a duty.
 

2) Definitions of Liability 

 Salmond :

        According to Salmond  " Liability is the bond of necessity that exists between the wrongdoer and the remedy of the wrong"

Markby  : 

       According to Markby "The word Liability is used to describe the condition of a person who has a duty to perform."
